Privacy notice

This notice covers service signups, product preorders and software plan accounts on this website. Version 2026-10-16.

What we collect. Signups: your email, optional name, and whether you opted in to launch updates. Preorders: your name, email, optional company and phone, shipping address, notes and selected products. Plan accounts: your sign-in email, chosen plan, billing status and renewal dates. Card details are collected by our payment provider; we store only its reference IDs, never card numbers.

Why. To contact you about service access, to review, quote, charge and fulfil your preorder, to bill and renew your plan as you authorized, and, only if you opted in, to send launch updates.

Who can see it. The SyncPoint owner account, and you for your own plan. Our payment provider processes payments. We store a one-way hash of your network address to limit abuse. We never store card numbers.

Your choices. Ask us to view or delete your information at hello@syncpointconnect.com. Cancel a preorder before approval from your private order link. Turn off plan renewal or cancel a reservation from your account page.
