Each product opens your digital profile with a tap — your name and details live on your profile, not printed on the product. Nothing due at submission. Pack prices are fixed; shipping and any applicable tax are calculated and quoted before payment. You confirm the exact total before saving a card and owner approval. Products are undergoing production improvements and redesign; shown designs may change.

We prepare one profile and one form and program your product. Once per order, not per pack. Does not configure multiple employee accounts or expand product-programming scope. Separate from software billing, added only if selected.

Does signing up give me access right away?

No. Signing up records your interest; we will email you about access. No card is needed to sign up.

How do product preorders work?

Choose products and quantities, then submit your details. Catalog pack prices are fixed. We confirm the final total, including any shipping and tax, before anything is charged, and you must approve that total first.

What about shipping and tax?

Shipping and any applicable tax are not included in the catalog prices. We calculate and quote the exact final total for your order and you approve it before any charge.

When am I charged?

Never at submission. After we confirm your total and you approve it, you save a card securely from your private order link. Nothing is charged until we approve your order.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes. Your confirmation includes a private link where you can check status or cancel any time before approval.

What is assisted setup?

A one-time option (est. $99 per order): we prepare one profile and one form and program your product for you.

How do I get help or contact you?

Email hello@syncpointconnect.com with any question about the service, an order, or your data. The privacy notice is linked in the footer.

Do people opening my profile need to sign in?

No. Public profiles and forms can be opened in a browser without sign-in.

Do I need to buy hardware?

No. A link or QR code works on its own. NFC products are optional preorders.

Can I update my information?

Yes. Edit your profile, links, and forms in SyncPoint anytime.

Can I manage multiple cards?

Yes. Card destination management and reassignment remain part of the software. Each card can point to a different destination.

Can businesses use SyncPoint?

Yes. Share professional profiles and use forms to capture inquiries for different purposes or locations.

Can it be used for recruiting?

Yes. Share a recruiting form by link or QR code. Submissions arrive in Inbox; explicitly save people to add them to Saved contacts, then plan follow-ups.

How is it different from sharing a link?

SyncPoint adds a professional profile, contact capture, custom forms, follow-up management, and activity tracking.

Are automatic introductions available?

Coming soon: automatic email and text introductions. For now, review your contacts and plan follow-ups in the workspace.
